History :
- during World War II, Stefan Zamkovsky came up with the idea of building a private chalet
- 1943 – he begins with the construction of the chalet completed in the same year and put into operation one year later
- 1951 – the chalet was nationalized and renamed the Cpt. Nálepka Chalet
- 70s – the primary impetus for building a small hydroelectric power plant to silence the noise of diesel generators once and for all
- finally, the family of Štefan Zamkovský regained the property of the previously confiscated chalet and rented it to Lac Kulang
- 2004 the chalet was purchased by Mgr. Jana Kalinčíková
